- Take 100gms of instant jam mix in a vessel and add 150ml of water(For 1 cup of jam mix 1 1/4cup of water). Mix well without lump formation.
- Boil the mix for 5 mins and reduce the burner level to simmer.
- Hold it for 5 minutes without stirring or until it reaches setting point of 1040C at low flame. Allow the jam mix to cool. Transfer the mix to sterilized container.
Exhibits excellent stability when stored in closed container under cool and dry ventilated place. Avoid direct sun light.
