CartoBind -H (Hot Paste Powder)
Hot paste is a pasting gum powder widely used in carton and corrugated boxes. This starch is known for its excellent adhesive property, high strength film property, best tackiness, wide range of water solubility and fast drying property.
The molecules in hot paste starch are small, have a consistent viscosity. The high solid ensures higher compress strength, stiffness and superior bonding while packaging.

Cream color fine free flowing powder, insoluble in cold water.

Application:
It is used in Carton boxes and Corrugation boxes manufacturing. This ensures that the large molecules of the Pasting Gum Powder (Hot Process) are broken down to smaller molecules and that is has consistent viscosity. This has the property of Faster drying, Imparts strength, burst resistance and stiffness, No hostile effect on printed paper, Easy to apply at higher solids content, Extensive range of water solubility. It increases Dry strength as measured by the PAT (Pin Adhesion Test), ECT (Edge Crush Test) and BCT (Box Crush Test).
