Las 1 NF stabilises foam structure and prevents air bubbles from collapsing. It is a common lactose substitute used to replace SMP (Skimmed Milk Powder). It is used in soft sweets and various confection coatings.

Lactose Substitute Non Fat Solids we export gives a light dairy flavour and binds water to produce the firm, chewy texture of confectionary centres.

LAS 1 NF stabilizes foam structure by preventing air bubbles from collapsing. (Lactose Substitute Non Fat Solids) Commonly used to partially replace SMP - Skimmed Milk Powder by Lactose substitute Non Fat Solids in many Used to produce milk chocolate for its distinct flavor and smooth milky texture characteristics. Also used frequently in soft sweets and various confection coatings. Lends a desirable light dairy flavor, helps control sucrose crystallization (due to its lactose substitute content), and binds water to produce the firm, chewy texture of confectionary centers.
